The Jack London Foundation will celebrate the 140th birthday of Sonoma County author and rancher Jack London at a birthday banquet on Saturday, Jan. 16. . . . The Foundation has announced that its Person of the Year is Jay Williams, senior managing editor of Critical Inquiry, a University of Chicago Press humanities journal, and editor of the Jack London Journal.
