Preregistration for the Symposium is due no later than October 1, 2014. Please note that after August 15 the registration fee will go up, as will onsite registration. This year much more is included in your registration fee, and we will need accurate counts in advance. Also, if you are submitting a panel or paper, please also fill out and send in the PROPOSAL sheet and indicate a/v needs.

Includes: conference registration; cocktail reception Thursday; complimentary breakfast; coffee and soft drinks; two luncheons on the Berkeley City Club Terrace Friday and Saturday; trip to the Jack London Ranch on Thursday, with lunch and tours; reduced room rate.
